On A Personal Note…
My name is Halley Smith and I founded this company after working in water filtration sales since 2016. I left the legal industry looking for something new and fell into water by happenstance. I learned the nitty gritty of water quality in customer service, moved on to lead my CSR colleagues as Customer Service Manager, before moving on to Operations Manager and finally General Manager of the entire operation. When I decided to venture into water sales on my own, I knew I wanted to do things differently to accomplish two very important things:
Educate my neighbors on water quality: As a recent breast cancer survivor, I know the importance of knowing what goes into and onto our bodies. From PFAS, which enter our municipal drinking water supply through industrial discharges, firefighting foams and landfills, to chlorine and chloramines, which are used by municipal water districts to treat our water supply, all of these harmful substances impact our health and lifestyle. Bottled water is not the answer with microplastics being found everywhere including inside our bodies.
