We pride ourselves in our products and workmanship, we also offer a full satisfaction policy, if for whatever reason you feel the product is not for you, we offer a full money back policy within the first 14 days after installation is complete.

General Provisions - Essential, Superior, Whole Home and Reverse Osmosis Products

Damage to any part of the water conditioner or filter as a result of misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, accident, or operation contrary to our printed instructions, damage to ion exchange resin and seals caused by chlorine / chloramines in the water supply, damage to internal pistons and seals caused by wear and tear from iron, manganese, sediment and or silt, or damage caused by any force of nature is not covered in this warranty. We will repair or replace defective parts if our warranty department determines it to be defective under the terms of this warranty. PurifyIt assumes no responsibility for consequential damage, labor or expense incurred as a result of a defect or failure. Media and Resin within the tanks are not covered under warranty as lifespan is dependent on usage, and incoming water quality..

Membrane and cartridge filters in Reverse Osmosis are not covered under warranty as lifespan is dependent on inlet water quality and usage volume, any part not a membrane or filter found defective within the terms of the warranty will be repaired or replaced by PurifyIt USA LLC. If any part is found defective, PurifyIt USA LLC also reserves the right to replace the drinking water appliance with a comparable drinking water system of equal or greater quality.
